Partner and Senior Payroll Professional, Josephine has worked in the payroll service business for more than 30 years. She is the glue that holds the Granite Payroll team together by providing daily supervision and fostering high-quality client relationships. Josephine is committed to providing clients with the highest level of personalized service and is the driving force behind making sure your phone calls are answered and not sent to voicemail.

John McManus, CPA
Partner, John manages the tax end of our business and ensures the accuracy and timeliness of our tax payments and deposits. John is in the advisory board of the Salvation Army of Quincy, and is an active member of the Quincy Rotary Club.
Bob Whitten
Senior Payroll Specialist, has worked in the payroll service industry for over 25 years. He is committed to providing clients with quality personalized service and focuses on the products and services clients require for a seamless implementation to the Granite Payroll system. Bob attended University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business and Quincy College.
Sean Gallagher, Esq
Director and Corporate Counsel, A graduate of Clark University, (BA, 1983, Magna Cum Laude), and Suffolk University Law School (JD, 1988 Phi Delta Phi Honor Society), Sean focuses on new client relationships. An attorney for 25 years he offers clients business support in a variety of areas. He serves on the board of directors of Granite Payroll Associates, and has served as a board member for the Friends of the Boston Harbor Islands and the Hingham Bay PHRF. He is a former Eagle Scout and an avid racer of Sail boats.
Jill Carey
Jill Carey, has worked in the payroll industry since 1996. In less than 2 years, Jill worked her way up to Senior Payroll Specialist and then Assistant Supervisor. In 2000, she was promoted to the Tax Department where she was in charge of handling all the local tax collection and reporting. In 2006 she joined another payroll company as a Tax Penalty Notice Specialist. Jill attended SMU where she majored in English. Jill resides in Abington and has three children.
Karen Kearney
Karen Kearney has worked at Granite Payroll & Dennis & Associates since January 2014. Karen has fifteen years experience in customer service. She lives in Braintree with her husband and two children and enjoys Pilates and time outdoors in her spare time.
