Go Paperless

With Go Paperless, your employees can decide if they want to stop receiving paper pay statements.
They can continue to use Employee Access to access their statements online anytime.
The option to Go Paperless is available only if RUN Powered by ADP® Payroll for Partners prints your
checks and vouchers, and your company has the Full Service Direct Deposit or Cash Payroll feature.

If your company uses the Paperless Payroll feature, the Go Paperless option is not available in Employee
Access because all employees are paperless.

Timekeeping

If the company uses Timekeeping for RUN Powered by ADP®, employees can also use Employee Access
on the web or ADP Mobile Solutions on a mobile device to clock in, clock out, indicate a late arrival, and
create and approve timesheets.

ADP Mobile Solutions

Employees who are set up for Employee Access and have a mobile device can use ADP Mobile Solutions
to view up to 12 months of pay statements.

Hey, there’s an app for that!

ADP® Mobile Solutions is the mobile version of Employee Access, which allows your
employees to connect to the tools and information they need, quickly and securely—
whenever they want, wherever they are. 

**In addition, if your company participates in 401K through Granite Advisors, your employees will have real-time access to their 401K account, making it simple for them to make investment and contribution changes, see their data, or even take a loan.
